Could pay better, some arrogant members of leadership, the entire receiving department needs training but the higher ups don’t want to listen and take effort to fix it

Nothing good about working for this company.

Company will target good employees and find a reason to get rid of someone. Very discriminatory. Does not protect its drivers or care about their well being. Puts them at risk daily in poorly managed vehicles and dangerous routes.
