Pros
The 'idea' of working from home or whilst travelling is great. However this is only a 'pro' if you are enabled to teach in the first place but this is OFTEN not the case due to the companies incompetence, terrible internet issues, constant system and connection problems etc.
Cons
I worked for this company for 5 years, beginning with them when the company was within its first few months of set up. I also lived in Vietnam for 3 years and worked for many schools during this time. Over my time with Topica the quality and values of the company drastically changed, with greed taking over and the lack of respect for students and teachers plummeting. This company will LIE to you, STEAL from you and offer zero employee rights. You cannot even contact them when you have a problem but receive abuse and blame from them constantly. I rate them zero but the minimum option here is 1.
