I had a good few years working at Topia, however over the past 9 months or so, things have began to go downhill. There is a resource problem at Topia - people are leaving and are not being replaced. This means that everyone's workload is forever increasing. Topia has been securing a lot of business, which is great news, but the new business is then added on to an already challenging caseload. There is a lack of respect and collaboration between teams, this means that CSM's are frequently in uncomfortable situations in front of the customer and ultimately have very little control. There is a desire to make improvements at Topia, but unfortunately there isn't enough time or resources to implement any impactful changes.
