Being a small company, you don't get the benefits of Starbucks, however, it's an amazing opportunity to truly grow your customer service and coffee skills.
Managers/Leadership gave me misleading information in my interview to get me to accept the job- tips are not as good as they said- among other things. My offer letter was for a 40-hour position, but they through a fit when I asked to be scheduled for more than the 35 hours I was getting. Managers are clueless and authoritative.
