      Management that rewards employees who work hard and who are honest.

      Cons

      Hard to get hours when economy slows down but lots of OT available during the year to make up for it.

      Good meetings, fed us most times and good pre work assembly

      Poor material planning, Foremans don't care a whole lot about new people, sometimes safety is not a factor
