There could be better incentives for sales to work better with operations.

-Stuck in a start-up phase so you have a lot of freedom still -Hard to get fired -The building is new

-Extreme micromanagement -No SOPs so lots of chaos and confusion -Sales is valued over everyone and management allows them to make changes in other departments how they want -Not a very friendly environment, blame shifting and rudeness are rampant
