      -Stuck in a start-up phase so you have a lot of freedom still -Hard to get fired -The building is new

      Cons

      -Extreme micromanagement -No SOPs so lots of chaos and confusion -Sales is valued over everyone and management allows them to make changes in other departments how they want -Not a very friendly environment, blame shifting and rudeness are rampant

      Working with the operations coordinators across the US is all about being part of a team. The communication, the assistance, the sharing of tips and tricks to make tasks more efficient; it's all there.
