      Aside from the problem described below, benefits are good.

      The C.I.O of I.T. (Doug Bates)is constantly causing turnover in the I.T. department. Almost every year, the entire I.T. department is turned over because of how disrespectful he is to them. All the company leadership is aware (President, HR), but don't seem to care. I.T. employees ask for help, are ignored, and end up just leaving. If you want a career in I.T., avoid this place, you will be wasting your time.

      Pros

      A family owned company whose founder was an exceptional human being - very caring for the employees and customers. Current CEO is his son - trying to follow the same values. Overall environment is positive.

      Cons

      One part of the company has prominence of old time employees - who has been there for decades with some of them in their first job out of school and still there. No comparative experience of outside world ! Newer group of managers are trying to make the company more professional - some are successful, others are clueless. Incompetent managers have taken high positions and executive leadership have no idea who the culprits are. Mid-management are hard working and carries the most load.
