Poorly organized - Fabrication TopTier Employee Review

Management is the worst and it starts all the way from the top to the bottom. They do not do their jobs and only have meetings on plans that will never be followed through on. They only have there own backs and lack knowledge on the field they are managing from engineering to basic fabrication processes. They seem to also push talented employees away.
