Understanding and reasonable management, willing to step in and help when necessary. Stimulating work so I never felt bored nor restless. Good pay for the amount of effort.

Working in an airport can sometimes be hectic, and you can sometimes be at the whims of weather and/or the airlines' management. I worked the morning shift which was physically and mentally draining, although it was never as hectic as the later shifts.

I love this place. They give you all of the creative liberty you need to succeed. I have never been in such an environment that encouraged personal growth. Nothing has ever gotten in my way outside of myself every once in a while.
