Pros
Some of the employees truly were great people, however, it seemed like most of them would eventually leave, which is telling. And also the free snacks, I guess.
Cons
Hopefully, they've gotten better, but my internship experience was terrible. I won't go into details of everything that happened but it was very apparent that the internship is just a way for them to get cheap labor out of you. They don't really care about your experience. Any form of mentorship is non-existent.
The Chairman was hardly ever around and felt unapproachable when he was. We were also told to write fake good reviews on Amazon to promote his book...
Overall company culture is very old and white.
