Pros
*You will learn everything apart from your own field... *HR is amazing and can do much better in another company
Cons
*No growth or learning in your field as there will be no senior who is actually qualified enough to be your senior *work on every weekend though the management will say that only sometimes, you need to work... every weekend, something or the other will be there *doesn't understand the fact that you may have a life actually. Friends, family, partner, hangouts, etc... people aren't free on weekends mostly *people will ask you to work even at 3 in the night *management thinks that some fun activity is a waste of our time...doesn't understand that it can actually boost our productivity... people can't work 24*7.. we need breaks!!! *a couple of people won't do any work and the management will do nothing about it...protect them actually...it is unbelievable, you have to see it to believe it *few people have been hired on the basis of "I don't know what!!!" Not a bit qualified for their position... how???!!! And why??? And how are we supposed to work under them? Never seen this in any company...and will never see it.
