Toxic senior management - nothing is ever good enough.
No real oppirtunity to make good money initally due to a weak commission structure, delayed bonuses for 3 months, no reduced targets when you have holidays, majority of staff didnt hit target, cold leads, no real dialler system etc...
Toxic atmosphere - constantly micromanaged with no sense of freedom.
Weird holiday system. Taking holidays is looked down on - days need to be acrued, often only get approved a couple of days before and can be declined if you have not sold enough that week. They also request to know why you are taking a holiday which is really weird.
Constant staff turnover.
Literally no one i ever spoke with ever said they enjoyed the job.
