I've been job-crafting ever-since I joined. I can do new project every month, or three or 6 months I can do whatever makes sense for the company, brings money and makes our clients happy. It's really a free company with flat organisational structure. I couldn't work for any corporation anymore after being here

you have to have entrepreneurial mindset like I do. Not everyone feels comfortable with that
