Pros
They don't have a traditional culture, it is actually very chill there and anyone can speak or joke about anything on Slack. Employees keep joking and make you feel welcome initially. It is easy to get in touch with Sameer Parwani and Siddharth Gopi (they're the founders). They are extremely down-to-earth and very approachable.
Cons
There is a lot of favoritism within the organization and there are small cliques that are very difficult to enter. They make the new entrant feel very welcome initially but then slowly fade them out unless they try really hard to pave their way through the friend groups. The immediate mentors (some of them) don't do their work and start putting it on the new entrant (at least that's what I felt).
