Pros
Hired part-time to fix a few things and became close with the owner then I ended up being hired full-time. In this Company, I've been given responsibilities I never thought I can handle. Topfoxx gave me the chance to prove myself wrong which is something I've been longing for: reinforcing 'the push' -- we all need that extra push, life is short. Worked my a** off to serve different Companies before for the last 10 years only to end up pushing myself to grow (outside of work hours) because the tasks are rather repetitive and that they don't give a fly about my own personal goals-- that's just how far I got, their servant. And just when I thought that progress will crawl for the rest of my life, I came across Topfoxx. It knows what I need most: fair treatment, and most importantly, growth.
Cons
Topfoxx does not see you as a machine that's programmed to do only a couple of things. You will be treated very-human, and that makes it very challenging. Struggle is real here, this ain't your comfort zone so that's that. Me? I prefer a place to grow, I embrace struggle.
