The pay is pennies compared to the stress load. The management is directionless, lacks any real leadership skills or insight. The clients always lose in the end. Very seldom is there any real growth on behalf of the client’s business….often not than so. A bunch of talk and run around. The CEO is known as “the closer”. He can talk a great game, but there is nothing behind the curtain. There is absolutely 0 professionalism and structure. You’re worth more, as are the clients. Because the company has popularity in the industry paired with the snake oil salesman of a CEO, the company sits perched on the facade of a high horse….but as previous reviews have stated…it’s a fallacy. Each of the figureheads of the company and lower level management with made up titles, spin a web of their own lies and live in a world of delusion…enter hades at your own risk.

Good luck, stay disciplined. -Fly-by-night third party white label services -No plans to train incoming replacements so the weight falls on the AMs to show newcomers the ropes right now. It’s the company’s responsibility to train. -You can be the most skilled AM on the planet and feel your head spin in the disorganization of middle and upper management.
