Good experience - Anonymous employee TopDevz Employee Review

If you're looking for a company that will keep you busy throughout the year, TopDevz is the place to go. I've been on 2 projects in 1.5 years and the income has been above average. Other freelancers on my team are pleasant to work with as well.

I wish they would offer me a W2 contract.

I started working with TopDevz in May 2019; my duties are varied, we are a small team, so we all wear many hats which is a good thing, our work is fast-paced. Employee happiness is essential, and people genuinely love the company. The camaraderie is excellent; we have different ways of communicating with each other and make it fun. We all work together to get the work done, so we celebrate together. The company is awesome and fast-growing. I am now training another person to wear one of the hats I've been wearing, and I will be moving on to greater things within the company. Positions are entirely remote, which I love. I get to work from the comfort of my home, and I'm home when my kids get home from school. Bonuses include trips, dinners, tours. We all have direct contact with the CEO, Ashkan Rajaee. And although he is very busy as we all are, he is great at responding and is always helpful. I am very fortunate to work for a company I love, has significant room for growth and makes me feel appreciated.

I think the only con is that since the position is remote we do not get to engage with our peers as much as if we all worked in the same building
