Poor Management - Lead Generation Executive TopD Alliance Employee Review

Working here has been really frustrating. The management is all over the place and seems more focused on office politics than actually helping the team or improving how things work. Communication is poor, and decisions are made without asking for input, which just leads to confusion and chaos. There are barely any opportunities for growth. Promotions and career advancement seem to be more about who you know rather than how well you do your job. Even when you work hard and deliver good results, there's little recognition or support for moving up. The work environment is stressful and toxic, with many people leaving and overall low morale. It's sad to see a place with so much potential get dragged down by bad leadership and lack of direction. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive and fulfilling workplace.
