I tried to lead some sessions during my initial period at this job, but I wasn’t compensated for my efforts. I ultimately decided to quit because I realized the role wasn’t a good fit for me. It’s disappointing that the time and energy I invested went unpaid, even though I was genuinely trying to contribute.
