      Ive been with this company for a long time and seen a lot of people come and go, Production managers seem to stay pretty long

      Cons

      Salary could be better, bonuses could be easier to achieve, lots of stress!

      Safety and training materials easily available, HR at corporate office are super helpful

      District Management slashed several jobs in one day, upper management is not trustworthy. Treated as a number and not a human being.
