Do Not Apply - Project Coordinator Top Stream Employee Review

I can not think of a pro to working for this company.

-CEO is rude, abusive and disrespectful to employees (especially those who speak mandarin) -ZERO training or onboarding -Unclear job duties -They don't set up employees for success or provide any ongoing training or support other than a rambling, nonsensical hour long lecture by the CEO every two weeks -Projects are bid by ChatGPT and by a "paperwork" office in China who have no experience in construction, thus projects are set up for financial failure, and the CEO takes zero responsibility for this, but instead blames project staff for inability to meet these unrealistic budgets

-no pros to working for these evil people

-horrible company culture -owner berates employees, especially those who speak mandarin -unorganized and unstructured -deceitful business practices
