Pros
- great company culture...happy hour, company outings, Phillies game events, company party, etc. - the people here overall have a work hard play hard mentality. office culture is fun too, everyone is friendly with one another, walking treadmill in office with coffee, snacks - nice location in KOP - flexibility with life, if you have to leave for drs. your kids games, its no questions asked policy - no micromanagement, just oversight to make sure you get your work done - recruiting requires long hours and working on weekends sometimes (in any agency recruiting company) - if you're patient you can really make a name for yourself here as the company grows, ability to be one of the "starting employees" of the company, but if you need to be on a plan to make high commission ASAP you might be better off going to established firm
Cons
- uncertainty with COVID 19 - "start up" culture so therefore working in ambiguity, processes can change daily - commission plan makes salary fluctuates - since working as a start up environment you need patience in opening new accounts, trying new processes
