Pros

Great entry level career opportunity for a first real job. I learned the basics of sales and marketing and and looking to move up into a management position. There are weekly bonuses offered as incentives and friendly competition among the team members. We get to go to Atlanta and Dallas for paid trips to conferences and meetings and get training and do some networking. The best thing about this job is that you can make some great money even if you are brand new to this field. You just have to be a quick learner, be a people person and have goals.

Cons

You need to stay motivated and positive in this line of work since you deal with different people every day. It's a fast paced environment that is results oriented, so you got to be a mover and shaker to make it in this profession.

Pros

First and foremost, I couldn't believe that I found a company that was offering ENTRY LEVEL positions. After graduating UTK with a degree in business management, I started looking for jobs. I kept running into the same issue!! Companies were offering "entry level" positions but you needed 1-2 years of experience. I never did a hands on internship when I was in school, so I thought that I was going to be completely out of luck. Finally I applied to Top Quality Solutions and not only were they offering entry level positions, they were actually providing fully paid training programs! I am so happy that I was hired on to the team. I have met some of the most inspirational leaders and managers in this organization, and I don't know what I would have done with out this opportunity.

Cons

for my first interview, I remember my GPS took me to the correct road, but not the exact address, but the HR department was AMAZING! They sent me a full email of directions and landmarks so I was able to find it right away! HR is always so helpful so if anyone runs into this issue, I wanted them to know how easy it was to actually find the place! Thought someone may need to use that piece of information in the future ;)
