      Pros

      Direct Management seems to always be awesome

      Cons

      Direct Management had no control over macro decisions. They were held to unattainable standards and the company did not invest in long-term thinking. Once the buyout happened, the only thing that mattered was Quarter by Quarter numbers, sacrificing a long term outlook.

      Pros

      Great suite of products to introduce to potential clients, Great group of employees and solid management/training. Room for advancement if one is pro-active.

      Cons

      I have had great success with the company, accomplished my personal goals there before moving on for personal reasons. Can't think of anything negative, was one of my favourite organizations to work for.
