Pros

Flexible schedule is a perk for sure.

Cons

They make you work a certain amount of shifts a week, even if there aren't any shifts available for bartenders. They will make you pick up as bar back or server or fire you

Pros

Flexible work that doesn't require you work a typical Monday to Friday schedule, accept as many gigs as you want. Pretty good training (if you're interested in learning about fine dining, I left with a pretty good idea of how it works).

Cons

Week-long unpaid training for which you need to pay for your own banquet-serving uniform, if you're treated poorly by one for the gig locations, Top Job will not investigate, or vouch for you. Not very stable if you need long-term work, difficult to reach management.
