The best part about Top Job is that every day I am challenged with new projects and changes that I, with the help of the team, get to figure out. This can be challenging but it has also helped me to learn how to solve issues that don't have a specific answer.

Cons, are that occasionally I have been asked to do snow removal on weekends due to our crews taking time off or being sick, however it was only a handful of times, and Top Job was very kind and fair with how they compensated for it. Another Con is that office staff are inside a lot and don't have a lot of opportunities to be up and around, or leave the office except lunch and breaks.
