      They give good demonstrations and I have to enter at least twenty words here.

      Cons

      Constantly being pulled in different directions by Chairman, insufficient resources, no effective marketing, lots of employee turnover including many senior managers.

      Pros

      Innovative products and more being developed all of the time. TIS is very good in this area and is improving even more.

      Cons

      The products are rolled out before all of the bugs are worked out. People are nice but the company can also behave like a start up. Deadlines are often missed with no consequences.
