Pros
Been working here for years. I need not specify, the community of artists and Directors/supervisors are great. Facilities are quite up to par. Clothing restrictions are very minimal. casual attire is good enough. makes work more comfortable
Cons
Per piece rate is not competitive among other studios. Benefits are close to non existent Higher Tier management don't care for their artists. basically artists are treated as "expendable" can be easily replaced. Work hours are more than a normal person can handle. 10-12 hours, more if under deadline(overnights and weekend attendance including sundays) Project completion bonuses are not enough to consider as compensation. NO OVERTIME PAY
