Pros

Nothing. Bad salary, bad management, nothing works internally, envious coworkers and the service does not work well.

Everything. Service does not work properly. There are many complaints from the clients. Service offered works against the sales, it is badly referred by many former and current customers, consultation rates are not improved, it damages one's reputation to sell this. I felt like selling a scam, when I got to know where I was really working. Apart of all the bad service offered to clients and the intent of "trapping them" into the subscription for 1 year, the company does not work well internally, also. There is a huge lack of disrespect with employees, even coming from low-roles employees, but it does not matter to management, since they do nothing regarding HR practices. They do not care at all, and disrespect is common, making one lose time with useless quarrels with low-level people. Apart from the above, internally there is a lack of fulfillment of functions. Basically nothing works, you have to complain to all areas, and still no one is able to solve it and they might as well call you "stupid" because they have no solution for the cheap service they sell and do not improve it (I'´d rather say "don't make anything to be less worse") - they need to blame someone for maintaining things as they are. This company is like a ship in which water has infiltrated, it is only a matter of time until they sink. I felt ashamed of working in it and with them, and I would never recommend it, either to a customer or to a job seeker. Low pay as well, and they expect you to compensate it somehow with low commissions selling something that does not serve for anything. The bad reputation of the company undoes the sales process. A loss of time, I am glad to be gone and not having to read their ridiculous phrases on my day-to-day. Would call it "psychological harassment"; if I was insecure or dumb enough to stand at the same level, I'd rather call it "a huge theater".

The culture and ethics of the company is the most concerning I have ever seen. Frequent negative feedback to staff and 0 positive feedback. In my time working there I witnessed things which I have not seen in my whole working career. The treatment of staff is very concerning, and it’s honestly affecting people and the company have no concern for the well-being of there employees. Some of the strangest vacation policies, put in place designed so the company doesn’t lose money, rather than prioritising the well-being of the employee (holidays are designed to help the well-being of the employee not the company.) There is no opportunity to speak up otherwise you are berated and embarrassed. The targets are unachievable, meaning bonuses and commissions are impossible to achieve. Overall a horrible place to work unfortunately.
