Pros
Great colleagues who are always willing to help and support one another.
Cons
1. No overtime compensation – Especially during campaign days, employees are expected to work until midnight without any overtime pay. The only compensation provided is RM30 only for working in the office; if working from home do not entitled to anything.
2. Insufficient manpower – There is a clear lack of main workforce, causing existing employees to be overworked and stretched beyond reasonable limits.
3. Poor management and overpromising – Management frequently overpromises but fails to deliver. When issues arise, they are often left unresolved, allowing small problems to escalate into bigger ones over time.
4. Lack of company benefits – Employee benefits are very limited and do not match the workload or expectations placed on staff.
5. Complicated leave application process – Leave approval requires multiple levels, including HOD and CEO approval. If the CEO does not approve, leave cannot be taken, making it extremely difficult for employees to plan personal time.
