To get started in the industry (they give you chance to start so they don't have to pay u)
Cons
No growth , work like slaves no salary no nothing ,extra time work u can't hear a good word from the CEO any way he doesn't know what's happening in the studio, no update on industry standard tools and techniques, these guys are dinosaurs using Maya 2013 and fusion 6 , they are hopeless
