Pros
-diverse workforce (LGBT, gender, race, disability, just plain weird tattoos, piercings, etc.) -interesting, fun, and caring people -pretty good for clients -high inclusion of people with disability in many roles in the company
Cons
-no development of existing employees, no trainings, no education opportunities, no performance review or oversight -no recognition of good work -high turnover -chronic understaffing -low pay, not a living wage for SF (not even cost of living increase, many positions are FT but less than 40 hours) -low accountability when these concerns are voiced
