My first year at Toolio as the VP of Customer Success has been incredibly rewarding. It’s the kind of place where you can really see the impact of your work, and you’re surrounded by smart, driven people who are all working toward a shared goal. Toolio is in an exciting growth phase, and it feels like there’s no shortage of opportunities to make a difference. If you like solving problems and building processes and hiring great people, you’ll thrive here. The leadership team is focused and customer-driven, which creates a strong sense of purpose. Opinions are valued, and there’s a real emphasis on collaboration - at the same time there is a data driven focus to ensure we are making the right decisions. You can tell people genuinely care about the work and each other.

No job is without its challenges. The company is growing fast, so not everything is fully structured yet—but that’s part of what makes it exciting. If you’re someone who likes building and enjoys rolling up your sleeves to figure things out, it’s a great place to be. As the title states, your commissions aren't secured upon signature. Read the comp plan and run it by an attorney to be sure you fully understand. There are a litany of other things that I won't list (I've made the CEO aware of the many glaring concerns), except one. I saw a 7-figure quota for one person for one quarter.
