Misleading owner - CNC Operator Toolcraft Machining Employee Review

Pay wasn't the best, owner tries too hard to be one of the guys, costly health insurance, don't adhere to their own policies, "clicky groups", not as professional as they claim to be. Really micro-manage everyone's time by installing timers on every machine to track every second your machine is running or idle. Really old machines that should have been replaced 30+ years ago.
