6yThanks for the review. It's natural for any company management to react and take immediate decisions (if critical) where employee outcomes and behavior go against set company standards. Tookitaki, as a company, is having its own organised workflows and our team members are expected to follow the same. At the same time, we always give ears to suggestions with regard to best practices and are open to correct ourselves if needed.
