      Pros

      Work with some good people.

      Cons

      They don't have many clients. Don't seem to have any say in how their employees are treated by clients and don't seem to care anyway. Feels like they care more about collecting a check from employee labor.

      Very experiential in their process 80% of the production team doesn’t know English

      The Tonic3 team are incredibly nice and friendly, they are very communicative and try to advocate for their employees with clients

      Cons

      Feedback was often given with missing context, and staff turnover was common
