Very bad experience - Anonymous employee Tonghai Financial Employee Review

Extremely bad management style, head of department was extremely rude and inconsiderate, always scolding employees. Very bad morale in the team because of head, expects you to know everything. Very traditional company with inflexible rules (don't like the tap card requirement). Pay is not that good but definitely not good enough for the disrespect you will face in company, no room for growth
