      Pros

      Great technology, excellent people. Well rewarded for performance. Compensation for good performers is top of the line. Wonderful place to work. You don't often find companies of this kind in India. There is no hierarchy in engineering or management.

      Cons

      Chaotic and firefighting. Too many things to do.
