Recruitment process has a lot to be desired. I was contacted for an conducted a phone screen in 2hich was told that in 1 week I would hear about the next steps. The same recruiter reached out to me asking about a phone screen. It was obvious that the recruiter made an error in the message. They had intended to send the message to a different candidate. After reaching out three or four times for clarification I never heard from anyone. I ended up withdrawing my application. Didn't want to work with an organization that showed such sloppiest and lack of professionalis..
