      there are no pros other than working remotely

      Cons

      - bad system and structure - bad leadership - bad culture, you will be under pressure - Tracking work management - Have no long-term strategy only focus on short-term - Always changing business direction which is really bad and have no focus - They only treated you as an object not human - There is no genuine human connection - Top management are always in fear and chaos - RED FLAG
