      Pros

      Decent health coverage, no real pressure to succeed or fail.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO is really not unlimited. Back end run by an expert beginner who literally doesn't understand or believe in backward compatibility. Zero communication between teams. Enough code churn to have shipped their product five times over, and it still sucks.

      Cons

      Addressing the issue of family finances through estate planning and life insurance has proven difficult.
