Pros

The company is run very transparently, you always know what’s going on. Leadership are right there in the office with you and are supportive and engaged. High level of autonomy. Initiative is encouraged and that leads to a really nice sense of involvement and collaboration. Best cohesion in engineering/delivery teams I’ve seen — people are very opinionated and also very kind in code review. You’ll learn a lot very quickly. There’s a sense of excitement and engagement here that I haven’t found in my previous jobs.

Cons

Slightly longer than usual working hours. But in my case I haven’t felt this so much, because it is legitimately quite fun work.

Pros

- genuine, kind, motivated and talented people - constant sharing of knowledge and learnings, there's no hiding - people can openly call out bs - variety of work across industries and tech - plenty growth space in different directions, impact is encouraged in different forms - celebration of both successes and failures, transparent and honest - our CTO has more stickers on his laptop than most others

Cons

not really a con - there are unknown challenges ahead of us, but we can be cautiously optimistic, and shape things together like we have done

Pros

The company has engineering and the technical team as its core. The delivery team's mantra is to enable them, and it fosters some of the best working relationships I've seen in a consulting context. Leadership team are friendly, approachable and transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. Given previous experiences, they give the impression that we're in safe hands. They will all regularly be getting their hands dirty in delivery, creating products etc. The love of AI is apparent in most interactions, the multiple meetings for knowledge sharing are a joy to attend. There are a few more vocal individuals, but that doesn't feel anything to do with tenure or rank (it's a mostly flat hierachy). Recent news is very exciting

Cons

Clients are demanding, sometimes not pushed back on enough
