      Pros

      Clean, well organized and well maintained environment. No weekend work. Employees are paid well since most are receiving overtime pay of two to four hours each work day.

      Cons

      shop area is not air conditioned. Long work day. To finish jobs on time most employees work up to 10 to 12 hours each day.
