      Pros

      The leadership team at Toma is one of the best I’ve worked with. They are authentic, accessible, and invested in the team’s success, and even my own development. There’s a clear company vision, and the communication around goals, pivots, and milestones is open. Everyone knows what the priorities are and why they matter. There is something to be said about the enjoyment of being on a team rowing together. You’re never left wondering how your work ladders up to the big picture. There’s also a high level of trust here, no overbearing management.

      Cons

      As with most early-stage startups, there’s always more to do than there are hours in the day. But the clarity of mission helps prevent burnout and busywork.

      Pros

      You can directly see the impact your work has on dealers and their customers. The team moves quickly based on feedback from both customers and internally, and everyone’s focused on delivering dealer value. Toma has the front running lead in AI in the automotive space, and they aren’t looking to give that up.

      Cons

      Its a start up so that means constant change. There’s little formality, so you need to stay flexible and ready to adapt while also being vocal about changes needed.

      Great product, has vision and making a tremendous impression in the automotive space.

      Cons

      No guidance and lack of direction. If you want a place to grow and work as a team, this is not the place.
