      Tom Howley is a great place to work with a real team feel! The leadership team listens to concerns, actively seeks feedback, and engages employees in discussions to learn what's working and opportunity for change that support the mission and improve the workplace.

      Cons

      None whatsoever - it truly is a fun and supportive place to work. No two days are the same and all departments work cohesively towards a shared goal of providing customers with their dream bespoke kitchen.

      Pros

      Large flexi-time windows, paid time and 3/4 overtime (both very rare in the design industry), work from home flexibility and a workshop next door so you can pop down and ask any technical questions and see the products being made. Great place to finesse the basics of Sketch-Up and bespoke joinery and kitchen drawings.

      Cons

      Awkward location, kind of impossible to get to unless you drive and super bad for traffic. Quite a depressing office with a call centre vibe. Not much development once you've learnt the basics and can become quite repetitive. Sales designers can become quite snappy and incompetent with their designs.

We are growing which presents its opportunities for development, but unfortunately, we cannot always offer progression.
