Pros
The actual people within the departments tend to be really nice, capable, and smart. Helpful and supportive when you need it, especially when you’re new.
Cons
Upper management is delusional and arrogant and makes it impossible to get anything done. The micromanaging and lack of understanding (or desire to understand) the work they demand is hard to tolerate. Zero growth opportunities, no reviews or promotions for mother majority, and you have to fight for any kind of acknowledgment.
