      Pros

      Full benefits; health/vision/dental/401k with 6% employer match, PTO that increases over time with the company and fair pay and management is flexible with needing to leave for appointments. Management also takes the time to check in often to make sure you have everything you need to succeed.

      Cons

      Work load is a lot but it keeps you busy.
