      Competitive pay and good benefits

      Cons

      Work environment in corporate is fine (barring some higher ups). Once you got outside of that and get to on site jobs it becomes a boys club and a shouting match to get anything done

      Great company culture and values. Beautiful model homes to work in.

      Long hours and weekends and some nights answering emails and calls

      Brand name, large company, some people care.

      Cons

      Management not aligned, wrong people in management positions that are stuck in the past. Feels cliquey, not forward thinking. Only care about employees that were originally here before company forced changes. Wouldn’t recommend.
