Product direction is confusing, managers will want one thing then forget about it the next week. Engineering talent is highly lacking due to not being able to retain engineers for long. For this reason, highly lacking in mentorship. Extremely high turnover rate for a small company. Lots of managers that veers into micro management that makes the working environment toxic.
